What we do

You send us a photograph. We repair the damage, return the colour, and — if you chose it — add one small movement. A person reviews the result before it reaches you.

Your first restored version arrives within 24 hours of ordering, counted from the day we have a usable image. If we need a better scan we will say so quickly.

What you promise

That you have the right to send us the photograph. We cannot restore images you do not own or have permission to use, and we will stop work if that becomes clear.

What we promise

If the restoration does not look like the person, we start again at no cost, as many times as it takes. If we cannot do a photograph justice, we say so before you pay.

Payment

One payment, once, at the price shown. There is no subscription, no account to cancel, and no later charge of any kind.

Limits

We work from the image you send. Where detail is simply not present in the original — a face turned away, a corner torn off — restoration is interpretation, and we will tell you where we interpreted.
